Mobile version error when editing a branded booklet

You may encounter a message indicating that booklet editing is unavailable on mobile devices. This is intentional, as our editing features are optimized for desktop and laptop computers. 

However, if you see this message on a larger screen, it could be due to the following browser settings:

  • Zoom Level: Your browser may be zoomed in too far, causing the page to display as if it were on a smaller screen.
  • Window Size: Your browser window or tab might not be wide enough, triggering the mobile view.

These issues can cause our system to mistakenly detect a mobile device, limiting your access to editing tools.

How to resolve:

  • Zoom Out: If you are using a Windows computer, hold down the CTRL key and press the "-" key to zoom out. On a Mac, use the Command key and the "-" key.
  • Adjust Window Size: Drag the edges of your browser window to make it wider or maximize it to full screen.

Other possible troubleshooting steps:

  • Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, outdated data can interfere with website functionality. Clearing your cache and cookies can help resolve display issues.
  • Update Your Browser: Ensure you are using the latest version of your web browser for optimal performance and compatibility.
