FAQs

Can I remove the page footer completely?

No, the footer is a required element and cannot be removed.

Can I add more fields to the footer?

Not at this time. The footer only displays the core contact fields listed above.

I changed my branding, but the footer didn’t update. What gives?

A: Make sure the specific fields (name, email, phone, company) were updated in your Article Branding settings, not just elsewhere in your account.

Will changes apply to already published booklets?

No. Updates only apply to booklets in draft or pending status. Published booklets need to be re-downloaded or recreated.
