At some point, you might come up with a great idea you’d like to see us run with. Perhaps there’s a meme you’d like to see made into a postcard.


Or, perhaps you’ll experience an issue with the website. Maybe it’s a question about your account…


Whatever’s on your mind, we want to hear from you! And we’ll always do our best to accommodate you, and quickly.


NOTE: We definitely want your suggestions on features and ideas for content…but, please understand that the Inner Circle doesn’t provide “content on demand”, or custom design work for each request. We’ll hear you out, but, we can’t promise. It has to be something we feel will serve the group members as a whole.


Regarding the Inner Circle Engage Facebook page. As you probably know, many members spend time there. You might also see us (the Lighter Side crew) responding to posts and comments.


That said, if you have a support related question, and you post it in the group, we cannot guarantee we will see your post. 


To ensure you get support, please reach out to us through the “contact us” form in the Inner Circle members’ site, or by emailing us directly at: helpdesk@lightersideofrealestate.com. We will definitely see it and reply much quicker this way.

Here's what to do


In the members’ site, click on the "?" icon at the bottom right hand side of any page to open our help menu options. You will find 3 options...


  1. Schedule a video support call (for screen-sharing) with our support staff.

  1. Open our support center, which contains:

    • Our AI answer bot (ask anything related to the Inner Circle for fast answers). We’re always amazed at how much it understands. If it cannot answer your question, it will automatically escalate your ticket to our staff.


    • Our Knowledge Base of Inner Circle documents, where you will find answers to the most common questions. However, don’t hesitate to contact us at any time if you prefer!


    • And lastly you'll see a button to contact us directly.
