Do you take content requests?

Absolutely. We welcome and encourage your content requests! To help us efficiently review and approve your submission, please follow these guidelines.

What kind of content requests do you accept?

We're happy to consider requests that align with the types of content we currently offer:

• Image Memes: Funny, relatable, and shareable ideas that will resonate with real estate professionals and prospective home buyers and sellers.
• Video Memes: All video requests must be short-form in nature (sub 20 seconds as most social networks have file size and time restrictions)
• Postcards: Eye-catching postcards that can be used for marketing or client appreciation. Example: We often get requests to transform one of our memes into postcard format.

We also will review more involved content requests for creation such as topics for articles, branded booklets, email templates or entire multi-email campaigns, agent scripts for various real estate scenarios, as well as specific marketing training or tutorials.

Important Note: In the past, we've had to decline content requests that wouldn’t serve our entire membership base across the United States. For example, content that is highly specific to a particular geographical location might not be a good fit.

Bottom line and a friendly reminder: We're open to hearing any ideas! Just keep in mind we're a small (but dedicated) team, so the turnaround time for your request may vary. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Please send content requests to helpdesk@lightersideofrealestate.com.
