Read this if you're unable to access the Inner Circle Engage Facebook group

If you are a Lighter Side member, there a few common reasons why you might not be able to access the Inner Circle Engage Facebook group:

1. You haven’t requested to join yet. To do so, visit the group page and click the “Join Group” button at the top to request access.
2. Your access is still pending approval. In this case, please email us at helpdesk@lightersideofrealestate.com and we will expedite your request.
3. Your name on Facebook is different from your name used in your Lighter Side membership account. If the name on your Facebook profile is different than the one we have on record for you, let us know what the difference is by emailing helpdesk@lightersideofrealestate.com. This is the quickest way we can verify you.
4. You are logged into Facebook with your business page. Please switch back to your personal profile in order to enter the group. We set this rule as it's less personal for members to interact with a page than an actual person. We realize that the same person is behind both, but it would *feel* less personal to interact with "Pittsburgh Homes & Happenings," for example, than with "Sally Jones" (the person behind that page).

**It may take up to 48 hrs to be approved
