Why am I not receiving Lighter Side emails?
Remember that when you join as a Lighter Side Premium member, the email address you sign up with will send all membership related emails to. Remember to check that specific email address, as well as its spam/junk folder.
If you are certain that our membership specific emails are not arriving, please read our whitelisting guide below to ensure our emails make it past your spam filters and reach your inbox.
There are two ways you can whitelist Lighter Side membership emails in most email applications:
- By specific email address:
- Open your email client.
- Find any email from the Lighter Side of Real Estate.
- Click on the sender's name (above the email subject line).
- Click on "Add to contacts" or "Add to Contacts list."
This will add our email address to your contacts list and ensure that future emails from us are not marked as spam.
- By domain:
- Open your email client.
- Find a gear icon or settings icon in the navigation section.
- Select it and look for a setting labeled "Filters” or “Rules”
- Under "Create a new filter (or rule, etc)," and enter our domain name – lightersideofrealestate.com – in the "From" field.
- Also, if you see it available, make sure to select, "Never send to spam". This will ensure that all emails from the Lighter Side domain are never marked as spam.
- Click on "Create filter” (or Rule, etc.)
- Now repeat the process for bestrealestateblog.com which is the domain your leads will send from.
