How do I update my credit card?
For Current Members:
Keeping your billing information up-to-date is easy! Follow these steps to update your credit card on file:
- Log in to your account: Access your Lighter Side account by visiting https://innercircle.lightersideofrealestate.com/member-login.
- Go to Billing and Usage: Once logged in, you can navigate to the "Billing and Usage" page. For quick access, click this direct link: https://innercircle.lightersideofrealestate.com/manage-subscription/billing-and-usage?m=billing-and-usage.
- Find the Billing Section: Scroll down on the "Billing and Usage" page until you see the billing section.
- Update Your Card: In the billing section, you'll find an "Update Card" button. Click this button to securely enter your new credit card information.
Important Note: Please ensure all information is entered accurately to avoid any disruptions to your membership.
For Former Members (Reactivating Membership):
If you're a former member and would like to reactivate your membership with a new credit card, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
