How do I cancel or pause my Lighter Side Premium membership

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to make changes to your Inner Circle membership.

You can pause, downgrade, or cancel your membership at any time by visiting the Billing & Usage page in your Inner Circle dashboard.

Step 1: Open the Billing & Usage Page

Navigate to the Billing & Usage page and click on the cancel button.

Step 2: Choose the Option That's Right for You

You'll be presented with three options:

• Downgrade – Switch to a lower membership plan.
• Pause – Put your membership on hold for a period of time.
• Cancel – End your membership at the end of your current billing cycle.

Step 3: Follow the On-Screen Prompts

After selecting your preferred option, simply follow the remaining prompts to complete the process.

Important Information

Canceling your membership does not immediately remove your access. You'll continue to have full access to your Inner Circle membership and all included benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.

If you choose to pause your membership, your account will automatically resume at the end of the selected pause period unless you make additional changes before then.
