When a prospect requests one of your booklets, they'll receive a follow-up email. 📩

The same email is sent whether the prospect requests the booklet through an article opt-in form or the booklet's landing page.

✏️ How to Edit the Thank You Email

Follow these steps to customize the email a prospect receives after requesting your booklet:

  1. Log in to your Lighter Side account and navigate to the booklet's editor page.
  2. Click the Lead Gen tab.
  3. Select Article Opt-In Forms.
  4. Make sure Offer This Booklet On Articles You Share is toggled ON.
  5. Locate and click Edit Thank You Email.
  6. Make the changes you'd like to the email template.
  7. Save your changes.

That's it! 🎉 Your updated email will now be used when prospects request that booklet.


📩 Where Is This Email Used?

The Thank You Email isn't limited to leads who request your booklet from an article.

The same email will also be sent to prospects who request the booklet directly from its landing page.

This means you only need to customize the email once for that booklet.
