How can I send new lead notifications to a another email address?
By default, when you join the Lighter Side, new lead notifications are sent to the email address you signed up with. However, you can easily change this email address, or even add a secondary address, by following these steps:
1. Access Your Blog Settings:
- Sign into your Lighter Side account, and navigate to your blog settings page.
2. Locate the Lead Gen Section:
- In your blog settings, look for a section or tab labeled "Lead Gen". This is where you'll manage your lead notification preferences.
- Keep in mind, the email address you use is also where leads from your articles and blog site will be sent, not just booklets.
3. Update Your Primary Email Address:
- In the Lead Gen section, you'll find a field labeled "Primary Email."
- Enter the new email address where you want to receive your lead notifications.
4. Add a Secondary Email Address (Optional):
- If you want to send lead notifications to an additional email address, to an assistant, another team member or a CRM tool, you can enter it in the "Secondary Email" field.
Important Considerations:
Changing your email address will take effect immediately. New leads will be sent to the updated address(es).
