How to add your personal branding to Lighter Side articles
You can set up and modify your article branding anytime on the Article Branding settings page.
Troubleshooting
The width of our article sidebars may require additional formatting if you’re using a long name or company name. Please watch the tutorial below for a workaround to get your names to display the right way.
The most common issue with headshots not appearing is due to the filesize is larger than 2 megabytes. Another reason is the file type is other than JPG, PNG, GIF, or JPEG.
There are rare occasions where your image will need to be further modified to upload properly. If you are not skilled at photo editing, please send the largest version you have of your image to helpdesk@lightersideofrealestate.com and we'll get it working for you.
If you are the graphically savvy type and would prefer to modify the image yourself, you can crop it at 300x300 pixels at 72 dpi. Remember that the image will be formatted into a square on your articles.
At this time, we only have the option for a single personal image in your article branding. This means you would need to combine your photo and logo before uploading it.
You can use an image editor, such as Canva.com (mostly free and easy to use) to do so. Many agents in our Inner Circle Engage Facebook group (ICE) can give you advice on how to use it.
If you are not sure how to do it, you can send your images to helpdesk@lighersideofrealestate.com with a brief explanation and our designer will do it for you.
