When I try to open a meme, I only see a loading circle
There are a very small percentage of members who experience a perpetual loading spinner when they try to open a meme, or at the point of publishing a meme.
The most common culprit are browser extensions or background programs running that block java scripts or popups, like an Ad-Blocker.
Make sure you’ve upgraded your browser to the latest version. If you see the problem still persisting we suggest trying one or more of the following.
- The first option is to try a different browser for our site and see if it functions appropriately.
- The second option is to go through and disable your extensions one at a time until you can narrow down which one is causing the problem. Then you’ll have to make a choice to turn it off while you use our service, or set it to allow popups on our site.
- If neither of those options work, you may have a background program (such as antivirus or anti-malware software) running on your device with very strict settings. This would also require you to “whitelist” our domain in order to use our platform without issue.
