Everything you need to know about watermarking your memes

Your watermark can be anything you want it to be. Many members use their name and brokerage logo but it's totally up to you. But it lets you brand your memes so that you get the creative credit.

By requiring our members to use a watermark, it protects our content and the exclusivity for our paying members. In the beginning years, members let us know how widespread an issue it was and asked us to take preventative measures.

Unfortunately, the answer is no, the watermark can’t be removed. You can use the branding bar in addition to the watermark but not in place of it. 

Again, we require all members to watermark all memes or videos in order to share them. It not only helps you expose your brand but prevents non-members from using the content and claiming it as their own.

As long as you have at least 2 watermarks saved to your gallery you will be able to delete one of them. Simply hover over the image you wish to delete and click on the trashcan. 

Note: You will not be able to delete your default watermark (the one with the blue box check). Select another image to be your default watermark first.

At this time, we do not have a way to re-edit a watermark using our system. We recommend using an image editor such as Photoshop or Canva.com (a favorite among our members)
